Parent Teacher Organization

The purposes of a Parent Teacher Organization:

· To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, and community.

· To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.

· To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, and social education.

In order to accept the challenge of these purposes, this years' PTO is planning several activities. If you would like to be a more involved PTO member consider volunteering by contacting your PTO President, Patti Olmo. The cost to join is $3.00 per family and $2.00 for an individual. Everyone affiliated with the District is urged to join and become active.
